Raise the Return on Microsoft Copilot Studio Implementations
Chatpulse, an advanced conversational AI analytics platform, is now available on Mircrosoft Azure Marketplace, helping organisations reduce contact centre costs and improve customer experience and automation success.
Bristol, 6th August 2026
The CAI Company today announced that Chatpulse, its conversational AI analytics platform, is available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. A pre-built Copilot Studio connector enables Microsoft customers to connect their conversational data and start analysing it, all within existing Azure procurement processes.
Darren Ford, CEO at The CAI Company said “Microsoft is trusted by many of the world’s largest organisations to run critical business technology at scale, and rightly so. As enterprises invest more heavily in Azure, Copilot Studio, and conversational AI, Chatpulse makes it possible to get more value from their investment in AI. And now it is even easier to purchase and get going with cost savings and prioritisation of continuous improvements.” He added “Users can literally talk with live conversational data to get recommendations and key takeaways – eliminating wait time for manual analysis.”
Chatpulse helps teams identify the specific issues that increase costs, damage customer experience, reduce automation success and limit return on investment (ROI) from conversational AI. Built by conversational AI specialists, it moves teams beyond surface-level metrics such as message volume and containment to show whether users are actually achieving their goals, where conversations break down, and which fixes will deliver the most value.
In one example, Chatpulse uncovered an automation opportunity a subscription business had been missing: a specific group of customer requests was being routed to specialist human agents, even though the outcome was always the same. Automation of those requests removed unnecessary handovers and saved the business $500,000 a year in contact centre costs.
This is not something traditional reporting tools are designed to do out of the box.
Dashboards, BI tools and data platforms can track surface-level metrics and platform tags, but they are not built to understand conversational journeys in depth. Chatpulse uses proprietary, patented AI methods to interpret what was actually said in each conversation and automatically surface issues such as fallback drivers, escalation patterns, recurring user topics, journey friction and automation opportunities.
The Azure Marketplace launch is particularly relevant for the growing number of organisations scaling Microsoft Copilot Studio. The out-of-the-box connector integrates directly with Microsoft Dataverse, and enables teams to connect conversational log data without custom engineering and identify changes that can improve copilot performance, reduce cost and improve customer experience.
Key benefits of Chatpulse include:
- Out-of-the-box Copilot Studio connector with pre-configured Microsoft Dataverse integration
- Proprietary, patented AI that understands conversational data, not just surface metrics or platform tags
- Analysis of high-volume conversation transcripts at scale
- Root cause analysis of failed, incomplete or poor-quality conversations
- Prioritisation of improvement opportunities based on business impact
- Reduced escalations, fewer avoidable agent handovers and lower operating cost
- Compatibility with a wide range of conversational AI platforms and stacks
“Organisations are investing heavily in conversational AI, but it’s not unusual to experience a lack of clarity on whether those investments really improve customer experience or just add cost. How do you know what’s really going on with your conversational AI implementation? What is the AI doing; why is it doing it; are the conversations really working?” said Ford, going on to say “Bringing Chatpulse to Azure Marketplace with a ready-made Copilot Studio connector means Microsoft customers can plug it into their existing environment and find the answers, fixes and enhancements that matter within days – or even mere hours.”
Ford added “Although Chatpulse integrates out of the box with Microsoft Copilot Studio, it is platform-agnostic. Chatpulse analyses conversational data from a wide range of chatbot, virtual assistant, AI agent and voice platforms, and means organisations are able to gain deeper insight into all conversations without the need to replace their current technology stack.”
