Storage

We use data for the following purposes:

• Market research in the field of Conversational AI and related topics.

We host our Chatpulse.com and Chatpulse.ai websites with Webflow. The provider is Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). When you visit our website, Webflow collects various log files including your IP addresses.
Webflow is a tool for creating and hosting websites. Webflow stores cookies or other recognition technologies that are necessary for the presentation of the page, for the provision of certain website functions and for ensuring security (necessary cookies).

The use of Webflow is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented as reliably as possible. Surveys – Microsoft 365 Forms
The CAI Company surveys are built and hosted using Microsoft 365 Forms ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/microsoft-365/online-surveys-polls-quizzes ) and securely hosted in The CAI Company Microsoft 365 tenant in the United Kingdom. Minors
The protection of children’s data is very important, especially in the online area. The website is not designed for children and is not aimed at them. The use of our services by minors is only permitted with the prior consent or authorisation of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
