We are passionate about designing better conversations between machines and humans but we know how time consuming it can be to uncover a true picture of how well a bot is communicating. As your trial is underway, you’ll have regular access to our team to help you maximise your insights. We’re confident the ROI will speak for itself, but if you wish to end the trial we will close your account.
Transparency is important to us, but we don’t publish pricing because we charge by number of conversations. Our clients are from enterprise companies with high conversation volumes, so this service is not suitable for bots with less than 20,000 conversations a month.

Chatpulse uses advanced AI technology, including Large Language Models (LLMs), small language models, Machine Learned (ML) classifiers and proprietary algorithms to identify trends in the words used and associated metadata, including advanced topic analysis and date-based comparisons.
Chatpulse is totally browser-based. There are no plug-ins and it works across all major browsers.
